Integrity Marketing Group has acquired Agent Force, an insurance marketing organization (IMO) that distributes life, health and annuity products.

Agent Force is a Kennesaw, Georgia-based firm that has had a close relationship with Family First Life. Agent Force agents are generating about $60 million in paid premiums per year, through sales to about 60,000 consumers.

Integrity Marketing acquired Family First Life in October. When Integrity Marketing made that deal, it said Family First Life agents were producing about $250 million in new business per year.

Integrity Marketing is not saying how much it’s paying for Agent Force, but it says John Wetmore, the president of Agent Force, will get a stake in Integrity Marketing.
