Barclays Taps Bhargava
Barclays has announced that Akshaya Bhargava will join as chief executive of wealth and investment management. He replaces Peter Horrell, who stepped down from the role in June and is expected to leave the bank at the end of the year.
Bhargava founded and is the chief executive of InfraHedge, a provider of information technology services to institutional investors in hedge funds.
Warson to Head Citi Private Bank in North America
Citi Private Bank announced that Tracey Brophy Warson has been named head of Citi Private Bank in North America. She succeeds Peter Charrington, who was recently named global head of Citi Private Bank. Based in New York, she will report to Charrington and be a member of the private bank global leadership team.
