How will we know if HealthCare.gov is fixed?

A team of engineers, database architects and contractors worked through the holiday to ensure the White House’s promise to make HealthCare.gov a “smooth experience” for users by Dec. 7. Most agree the site is running better than it did at its launch in October, but the success of the team may not be as discernible.
