We are all aware that sugar-packed Halloween candy can cause children to be a little more energetic. For children with Attention Deficit Disorder, the effect can be even more amplified. Some candy makers, however, use unnecessary ingredients which can further exacerbate the problem. Ones that they do not use in their products sold in Europe.
