CMS reacts to project report

An Obama administration official today questioned whether Republicans are reading a development project status report correctly.

Julie Battaille, a CMS spokeswoman, talked briefly about the document during a status update press conference today.

“That was not a dire warning, but a list of things we had to do,” Battaille said.

On a list of “open issues,” Potyraj noted her company did not have access to a central log collection or view and did not have access to monitoring tools.

“We have repeatedly asked CMS…but have not been granted this access,” Potyraj said.
