Dogs help sniff out ovarian cancer in Pa. study

Researchers are working with the University of Pennsylvania’s Working Dog Center to try and enhance early detection methods of ovarian cancer. Using donated blood samples from those afflicted with the disease, dogs are being trained to sniff the chemical compound that indicates the presence of ovarian cancer
