Health insurance premiums see smallest increase in 15 years

Mercer has found that increased use of low-premium, high-deductible health insurance plans helped have helped cut coverage cost increases to 4.1 percent this year. That's down from 6.1 percent in 2011, and it's the smallest increase Mercer has recorded in 15 years.
