Aviva USA, Des Moines, Iowa, has named Jeff Frazee as senior vice president and chief information officer of its life and annuity business. Frazee will be responsible for information technology functions supporting the business. He had been senior vice president and chief information officer of West Bend Mutual Insurance Co, West Bend, Wisc.

ING Financial Solutions has hired Lynne Ford as the CEO of its annuity and rollover business.
Ford had been executive vice president and managing director of the retail retirement group at Wells Fargo & Company, San Francisco. She had spent most of her career at Wachovia Bank, which merged with Wells Fargo in late 2008.
She will report to Rob Leary, CEO of ING Insurance U.S., part of ING Groep, the Netherlands.
Client First Settlement Funding, Boca Raton, Fla., has hired Lisa Rae Donato as chief marketing officer and Dan Fischer as chief financial officer.
Among other duties, Donato will build a new Web site for Client First, a funding company offering lump-sum payments to structured settlements and annuities owners. She was formerly head of Internet Marketing Press, a marketing consulting company.
