The National Association of Insurance Commissioners has developed a tentative agenda for the upcoming fall meeting.

The 4-day meeting is set to start Sept. 21 in National Harbor, Md.

One meeting highlight will be a joint meeting of the NAIC’s Health Insurance and Managed Care Committee and the NAIC’s Market Regulation and Consumer Affairs Committee. The committees will hold a public hearing Sept. 24 on “usual, customary and reasonable” reimbursement practices, according to the NAIC, Kansas City, Mo.
