Universal Benefit Plans Inc. will be offering employers more help with health benefits continuation mandates.

The Leggette Actuaries unit of Universal, Boston, has introduced a program to track an employer’s former employees, notify the former employees of options available through the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act health benefits continuation provisions and related state and federal measures, and bill the former employees for any coverage purchased.
