A long term care insurance distributor has acquired a life and health agency.
LTC Global Inc., Medford, Ore., says it has completed the acquisition of William L. McAree Insurance Agency Inc., Braintree, Mass. The agency has become LTC Global’s first sales office in New England.
The McAree Agency was founded in 1966 by William McAree.
Lisa McAree, who suceeded her father as president of the agency in 1997, will continue to lead the business, LTC Global says.
