Personnel Changes: Mutual Of Omaha, Millennium, Others

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company has hired Kevin Hale to be regional president-east for its Mutual of Omaha Bank unit.

Hale will be responsible for expanding the reach of the bank in the eastern United States, according to Mutual of Omaha, Omaha, Neb.

Hale, who will be based in Naples, Fla., previously was president of Fifth Third Bank of Florida, a unit of Fifth Third Bancorp, Cincinnati.

Hale has a bachelor’s degree in law from Dalhousie University and a business degree from Arcadia University.

Mutual of Omaha Bank now has $4 billion in assets and 44 locations.

- Millennium Trust Company, Oak Brook, Ill., has hired Kevin Clark to be senior vice president for business development. He will sell rollover individual retirement account products to institutional clients.

Clark previously was chief sales officer at RolloverSystems Inc., Charlotte, N.C.

Clark has a bachelor’s degree from Assumption College, where he was an Academic All-American baseball player and All-American place kicker on the football team.

- Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, Horsham, Pa., has hired Jonathan Pratt to be a vice president in the career agency system.

Pratt previously was vice president of North American field force development at the Independent Order of Foresters in the United States, Toronto.

Pratt has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maine.

- The Segal Company, New York, has hired Dr. Sadhna Paralkar to be a health management consultant and Ms. Ritu Malhotra to be a vice president and clinical pharmacy consultant.

Paralkar previously was vice president for payer provider consulting at Ingenix, a unit of UnitedHealth Group Inc., Minnetonka, Minn.

Paralkar has a medical degree from the University of Bombay, a master’s degree in public health from the University of Illinois, and a master’s degree in business from Northwestern University.

Malhotra previously was a pharmacy consulting practice leader for Hewitt Associates L.L.C., Lincolnshire, Ill.

She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Lehigh University and a doctorate in pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.

- American Specialty Health Inc., San Diego, has hired William Comer Jr. to be chief financial officer and executive vice president.

Comer previously was vice president, audit and corporate compliance officer, for Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc., Aliso Viejo, Calif.

Comer has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wofford College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Comers holds the Certified Public Accountant professional designation.

- The San Francisco office of Aon Consulting Worldwide, a unit of Aon Corp., Chicago, has hired Michael Hilton to be a senior vice president and health and benefits practice leader.

Hilton previously was a principal in the health and benefits practice at Mercer, a unit of Marsh McLennan & Companies Inc., New York.

Hilton has a bachelor’s degree from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

- Employee Benefit Risk Management Services Inc., Oak Brook, Ill., has named Renee Seguin to be vice president of agent services.
