Mass. Regulator Launches Consumer Site

The Massachusetts Division of Insurance has unveiled a new Web site with help for insurance buyers in the state.

The DOI says it is offering the site to help consumers get information they need to make decisions about different insurance lines, including health and life.

The site offers several consumer guides and interactive tools, including guidance on ways to save on insurance and answers to frequently asked questions. Consumers can also learn about specific lines and providers of insurance, stay informed about insurance fraud and find a licensed agent on the site, the DOI says
