A managed care company is assuring the public that it will do what it can to make the U.S. health care system work better for its customers.

CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, says it is running a multi-year, multi-million-dollar campaign to communicate that its interest in improving the health care experience.

The campaign includes print advertisements in the Wall Street Journal, print ads in consumer and trade publications, Web ads, and a series of 15-second and 60-second television commercials.

The campaign was designed by Doremus, New York, a unit of Omnicom Group Inc., New York.
