Jefferson Pilot Securities Corp. has become Lincoln Financial Securities Corp.

The Concord, N.H., broker-dealer firm is one of the operations that Lincoln National Corp., Philadelphia, acquired when it merged with Jefferson Pilot Corp., Greensboro, N.C.

All of the unit’s materials will use the new name, but the services offered to registered representatives and clients will not change, Lincoln says.
