Corporate Synergies Inc., Mount Laurel, N.J., has developed by BenefitsVIP telephone call center service program.
Corporate Synergies says the call center and a related Web site can address 97% of the callers’ concerns within 24 hours.
The contact center can help with concerns such as denied or incorrectly paid claims.
