Long-Term Care Awareness Week (Nov. 4-10) is approaching and this is a great reason to communicate with clients and prospects.

A new online LTC Industry Resource Center developed by the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance provides free access to letters and e-cards producers can use to encourage planning.

The Web site at www.yourltcsuccess.com was created by AALTCI with support from leading LTC insurers. It contains five-minute sales audios you can listen to online or download, current information on tax deductibility, as well as access to the free Awareness Week marketing tools.

The Association established Awareness Week several years ago and for 2007 we will conduct the largest grassroots consumer awareness campaign for LTC planning. Our goal is to have 10,000 agents and brokers using the free Awareness Week marketing tools to communicate with clients and prospects. The free Awareness Week marketing tools will only be available through Nov. 10.

Four different Awareness Week client e-cards are available to target married couples, single women, business owners and younger individuals. Four letters are also available for use. All e-cards can be personalized so that replies go directly to the sender’s e-mail address. To access the E-cards, simply go to www.yourltcsuccess.com and click on “Personalized e-Cards.”

Your participation is the key to making this year’s Long-Term Care Awareness Week the best one yet.
