A distribution company says it is ramping up efforts to sell an insurance product that can help fill in gaps left by high-deductible health insurance policies.

L.A. Marketing Plans, a unit of eBenefits Direct Inc., Boca Raton, Fla., says the service area for its RightHealth supplemental health coverage program now includes Alaska, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota and Utah.

The expansion means that L.A. Marketing now can sell the RightHealth plan in all 50 states, L.A. Marketing says.

L.A. Marketing is selling the RightHealth plan on behalf of another company, Access Plans USA Inc., Irving, Texas.
