Unum has introduced a system for mixing and matching a wide variety of group and voluntary employee benefits.
The new Simply Unum program will offer small and midsize employers voluntary worksite products along with a base of group life and group disability coverage, according to Unum, Chattanooga, Tenn.
Employers can meet a wide range of workforce needs by choosing from a menu of more than 28,000 product combinations, Unum says.
Unum can handle plan design, quotes, billing and administration for all Simply Unum programs using a single information technology system, the company says.
