Transcend Technologies Group Inc. is reaching out to insurance agents and brokers through the Association of Health Insurance Advisors.
Transcend, Sacramento, Calif., will be offering a 30-day free trial of its Group Benefits Manager system for members of AHIA, an arm of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Falls Church, Va.
Transcend also will be offering discounts for AHIA members to decide to use the GBM system after the trial ends.
AHIA members can use the GBM system to prospect for new business, manage their current book of business and provide Web self-service arrangements for benefits clients, Transcend says.
