An insurer has tapped an outside distribution firm to help it sell supplemental health insurance products.
Great American Financial Resources Inc., Cincinnati, has hired the Senior Healthcare Consultants division of RJR Insurance Services Inc., Irving, Texas, to sell Medicare supplement products and other products written by Great American subsidiaries such as Provident American Life & Health Insurance Company, Continental General Insurance Company, and Great American Life Insurance Company.
A Senior Healthcare Consultants financial security arm will start selling Great American annuities and financial services to older consumers starting in 2007, Great American says.
