YouDecide.com Inc. has acquired RewardsPlus of America Insurance Agency Inc., a subsidiary of RealLife HR, Hunt Valley, Md.

YouDecide, a provider of voluntary employee benefit products and discount programs, is a division of Vbenx Corporation, Duluth, Ga.

The acquisition adds a customer base of more than 150,000 active employees to YouDecide, including 20 major accounts averaging employee populations of 8,000+, according to the company.

Along with the agency, YouDecide gets RewardsPlus’ SureDeduct and SurePay payroll-deduction technology.
