Morgan Stanley Supports Film Contest

"The Pursuit of Happyness" stars Will Smith as Christopher Gardner, a struggling single dad, who joined Dean Witter as a broker-intern and now runs his own financial firm in Chicago. As part of the movie's Dec. 15 release, Morgan Stanley helped support a skills-based contest to encourage more individuals to apply for internships: Pursue It: The Ultimate Internship Contest.

Contest entrants had to make and submit a video about themselves to Columbia TriStar by November 5 and adhere to other rules. In addition to Morgan Stanley, they could apply for internships with companies such as NBC, Yahoo! and the Gap.
