BB&T Corp. is introducing health savings accounts and hopes to bundle HSA services together with 401(k) plans, group health plans and payroll services.

BB&T, Winston-Salem, N.C., a large bank holding company, says it will offer HSAs to institutional and commercial clients through its Stanley, Hunt, Dupree & Rhine subsidiary.

BB&T also will offer the accounts to retail clients who already have high-deductible health coverage, the company says.
