American Wholesale Buys Internet Administrator

American Wholesale Insurance Group has completed the acquisition of Web TPA, Inc., a third-party insurance administrator.

The addition of Web TPA, Irving, Texas, will enhance product offerings and expertise for National Employee Benefit Companies, a subsidiary of American Wholesale, Charlotte, N.C., according to Steven DeCarlo, American Wholesale president and CEO.
