Destiny Health will be offering big health club due rebates for health plan members who actually go to health clubs to exercise.[@@]
Destiny Health, Chicago, a seller of health plans that incorporate personal health accounts, says it will offer rebates of up to 100% of dues at health clubs run by Life Time Fitness Inc., Eden Prairie, Minn., for plan members who frequently go to the clubs to exercise.
The maximum rebates will be available to plan members who go to the fitness centers at least 48 times per year, according to Destiny Health.
