A New York company is marketing a system that employers can use to motivate employees to eat better and exercise more.[@@]

The company, IncentOne L.L.C., says its new Employee Power program offers a Web-based catalog of gift certificates, gift cards, phone cards, personal services and travel packages.

Employers can use the catalog to reward employees who cooperate with wellness programs and other health care cost control programs, according to IncentOne.
