LONDON (HedgeWorld.com)–Daniel Jardim will become a member of Aspect Capital Ltd. main board of directors and will take on additional responsibilities at the firm.
Mr. Jardim joined the firm from Credit Suisse First Boston International in 2002. In addition to being on Aspect’s board of directors, he will join the executive committee as finance director.
He will be in charge of the US$3.7 billion alternative investment firm’s treasury, fund accounting and corporate accounting functions. Aspect continues to grow and now employs 105 professionals and offers seven funds.
Earlier this year Aspect officials announced they wanted to add 20 to 25 additional staffers (see ). The firm’s fund strategies include managed futures, fixed income, currencies, European and Japanese equities and a multi-strategy program.
