NU Online News Service, Dec. 1, 2003, 11:32 a.m. EST – The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Chicago, has agreed to help market Web-based customer relationship management systems from KANA Inc., Menlo Park, Calif., to its 41 member companies.[@@]

The association also has agreed to advise KANA on ways to tailor KANA products to meet the needs of Blues plans, KANA says.

KANA sells messaging and Web portal systems that comply with health care data privacy and health care data security requirements.
