NU Online News Service, Oct. 8, 2003, 1:15 p.m. EST – MyHealthBank Inc., Portland, Ore., has released MyHealthBank Finance 3.0, the latest version of its Web-based personal benefit account system.

Administrators of defined contribution health programs can use the software to manage employee use of health reimbursement accounts, flexible spending accounts and other benefit accounts.

The software can help program managers ensure that employees spend some account funds on specific types of expenses, such as payments for smoking cessation programs, weight loss programs and disease management programs, MyHealthBank says.

The new version also includes a Web-based account tracker to help employees view information about all insurance coverage and cash accounts on a single Web page. The page provides information about claims, payments, account balances, dollars at-risk of forfeiture and overall account status.
