MetLife, Fidelity To Sell Benefits Package In Maryland And Pennsylvania

NU Online News Service, Aug. 21, 2003, 4:23 p.m. EDT – MetLife Inc., New York, will be working with Fidelity Benefit Administrators Inc., Hunt Valley, Md., to provide a benefits package for employers in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Fidelity, a unit of Fidelity Insurance Group Inc., will organize health insurance programs based on preferred provider organizations, and MetLife will underwrite life, disability, dental and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.

Employers who use the program will get consolidated enrollment forms and bills, MetLife says.
