Mutual Of Omaha Teams With American Fidelity

NU Online News Service, June 19, 2003, 11:23 a.m. EDT – Mutual of Omaha, Omaha, Neb., and American Fidelity Assurance Company, Oklahoma City, Okla., say they will be marketing each other’s supplemental health insurance products through the worksite.

Mutual of Omaha will sell American Fidelity’s Foundation One Security, Hospital GAP PLAN and Hospital GAP PLAN CHOICE products. The products provide supplemental coverage for inpatient and outpatient hospital services.

American Fidelity will sell Mutual of Omaha’s critical illness insurance. The insurance provides lump-sum payments for insureds who suffer from cancer, heart attacks, organ failure or strokes.
