Fortis Turns To Employee Benefits Corp.

NU Online News Service, May 22, 2003, 3:36 p.m. EDT – Fortis Health, Milwaukee, has picked Employee Benefits Corp., Madison, Wis., to run its new health reimbursement arrangement program.

An HRA is a special account authorized by Section 105 of the Internal Revenue Code. Employers can use the accounts to set up employer-funded personal care accounts for employees without increasing employees’ taxable income.

Fortis Health is a unit of Fortis, Brussels.
