Nov. 11, 2002 — The INVESCO Endeavor Fund/Inv (IVENX), a small fund, is slated to be merged into the much larger INVESCO Dynamics Fund/Inv (FIDYX).

The Endeavor fund has had difficulty in attracting assets, Invesco Funds said in a regulatory filing. Invesco Endeavor had total assets of about $53 million and Invesco Dynamics had about $3.4 billion at the end of September.

The Endeavor fund lost 48.2% this year through September, while its peer large-cap growth funds fell 31.4%, on average, and the Standard & Poor’s 500-stock index slid 28.2%. The Dynamics fund was off 38.9% during the period, compared to a loss of 28.7% by the average mid-cap growth fund.

The merger is subject to shareholder approval.
