DARIEN, Conn. (HedgeWorld.com)–CRA RogersCasey hired Cynthia F. Steer as director of fixed-income research for the pension consulting firm.
One of the reasons CRA RogersCasey (Previous HedgeWorld Story) hired Ms. Steer was because of her experience working with hedge funds and private equity. She most recently was working on a three-year assignment as Savings Bank Life Insurance, where she managed a US$1.5 billion portfolio.
She previously worked for pension plan sponsors, including the City of Hartford, Conn., Philip Morris Cos. and United Technologies Corp.
