New Hampshire Department Names a Life and Health Director: Personnel Moves

FastTrack has a new president. The Standard has a new retirement plan consultant.

New Hampshire Insurance Commissioner Christopher Nicolopoulos has promoted Jason Dexter to life and health director at the New Hampshire Department of Insurance.

Dexter has been the administrator of life and health form compliance at the department.

Earlier in his career, he was a claims manager at Allstate and a lawyer in private practice.

Dexter has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and a law degree from Albany Law School.

FastTrack

Kamine Technology Group has named Michael Fradkin president of its FastTrack unit.

Fastrick is a Bedminster, New Jersey-based life and disability insurance technology business.

Fradkin has been a benefits consultant for a year. Before that he was head of group products and underwriting at Lincoln Financial.

Earlier, he was in the benefits arms at MetLife and at Guardian Life.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. He holds the fellow of the Society of Actuaries and member of the American Academy of Actuaries professional designations.

The Standard

The Standard has hired Erik Hermann to be a retirement plan consultant in Illinois.

Hermann previously was a managing director in the Chicago office of Fidelity Investments.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University. He holds the Certified Financial Planner professional designation.
