Integrity Marketing and Hilb Make Deals

One deal involves a Medicare plan seller. The other involves a full-service life and health agency.

Integrity Market Group LLC has acquired Connexion Point, a Medicare plan contact center company.

Dallas-based Integrity Marketing has relationships with about 325,000 independent agents. It expects to help insurers sell enough coverage to generate about $3.5 billion in new annual premium revenue.

Connexion Point is a 10-year-old Salt Lake City-based company with about 3,000 employees in six locations. It helps consumers with 5 million interactions with carrier programs every year.

Connexion Point helped 250,000 people sign up for health coverage during the latest Medicare annual enrollment period.

Integrity Marketing has not disclosed how much it’s paying for Connexion Point, but it says the firm’s co-founders, Robert McMichael and Christina Sears, will become Integrity Marketing managing partners.

Bryan Adams, Integrity Marketing Group CEO, said in a release that acquiring Connexion Point should help his firm improve retention and increase sales.

Hilb Acquisition

In other insurance deals news, The Hilb Group has acquired Dwayne Wilson Insurance & Financial Services Inc.

The Hilb Group,  a Richmond, Virginia-based insurance agency, is part of the Carlyle Group.

Dwayne Wilson Insurance is a full-service, Maiden, North Carolina-based life and health agency that was founded in 2001.

Terms were not disclosed, but Dwayne Wilson and other agency employees will go to work in the Hilb Southeast region, Hilb Group stated.

Hilb now has more than 100 offices in 20 U.S. states.
