Simplicity is an insurance distributor based in Summit, New Jersey. It has acquired companies such as Dressander & Associates Inc. and InsurMark.

Fidelity Financial Group, which has no connection with Fidelity Investments, is a Houston-based company that wholesales life insurance and indexed annuities. The company was founded in 1988 and now has relationships with about 1,000 financial professionals.

Terry Feuchtinger and Reid Juul, the former owners of Fidelity Financial Group, are now principals at Simplicity, Simplicity says.

The acquired business keep its current offices and employees, but it will start moving toward adopting the Simplicity Houston brand immediately, Simplicity says.

Simplicity says it has now acquired a total of 15 companies.

“Simplicity will continue to add new businesses to its platform over the coming years,” the company says.
