Worksite benefits marketers say they think volume will improve this year.
About 84% of the representatives from carriers, brokers and other vendors who participated in a mid-year poll expect to increase the number of new groups that they add this year, and only 4% expect the number to drop, according to Eastbridge Consulting Group Inc., Avon, Conn.
A year ago, 73% of the mid-year worksite survey participants were expecting to see growth, and 12% were expecting to see a decline.
