The event – which drew about 1,500 people last year and featured General Colin Powell, will include the following speakers:

- Alan Greenspan, who served as chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for over 18 years and also served as chairman of the Federal Open Market Committee, the system’s principal monetary policymaking body. Greenspan was an appointed member of President Reagan’s Economic Policy Advisory Board. Currently he heads Greenspan Associates, a consulting firm in Washington, D.C., and is the author of “The Age of Turbulence” (September 2007).

- Paul Begala, a political contributor and Democratic strategist on CNN’s “The Situation Room.” He entered the national political scene after his consulting firm, Carville & Begala, helped elect President Bill Clinton in 1992. After leaving the Clinton Administration, he joined Georgetown University’s faculty as a research professor of government and public policy.

- Tony Snow, the White House Press Secretary for the George W. Bush Administration from May 2006 to September 2007. In 1991, he served as director of speechwriting and deputy assistant to the President for media affairs for President George H. W. Bush. For seven years, Snow served as the host of FOX News Sunday. Most recently, he reached Americans as the host of The Tony Snow Show on FOX News Radio and Weekend Live with Tony Snow on the FOX News Channel.

- Benjamin Zander, renowned conductor of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra since 1979, has been a keynote speaker at the World Economic Forum for three consecutive years. He engages passionately with orchestras and audiences all over the world, enticing people to go beyond their customary barriers to accomplish extraordinary results. Zander will teach us how to release the energy and commitment of others so that we suddenly find ourselves surrounded by stars.
