Conseco Deploys Verint Software

An insurer is using a new system to monitor customer service operations.

Conseco Inc., Carmel, Ind., has licensed the Opus system from Verint Systems Inc., Elville, N.Y., to analyze the performance of its call centers, policyholder services operations and medical management operations, according to Verint.

The Opus system can draw data from call center management databases and other company databases, Verint says.
