The collection comes with a study guide for agents, which offers a 5-step plan for agents who want to determine whether a Roth 401(k) might be suitable for a particular client.
Other materials include a resource guide for employers, a questionnaire that an agent can use to analyze employers' needs, and a guide for participants.
