A Chattanooga, Tenn., insurer has added 2 features to its benefit plan administration system.[@@]
The insurer, UnumProvident Corp., has introduced a My Forms tool and an online evidence of insurability tool.
The My Forms tool is an automated search tool that helps benefits managers find the forms, applications and information relevant to their own plans.
The EOI form helps employees go through all of the steps necessary to change existing group benefits or sign up for new coverage, UnumProvident says.
