MetLife Courts Advisors With Sales Ideas

The Newport Beach, Calif., annuity distribution arm of MetLife Inc., New York, has hired Pareto Systems Inc., Ottawa, Canada, to develop content for a CD that will discuss the Pareto strategy for drumming up referrals.

MetLife Investors will send the CD to 5,000 financial advisors who already work with it or might work with it in the future. The company also will give about 80 wholesalers templates and other tools they can use to coach advisors who want to try the Pareto system, Pareto says.
