NU Online News Service, July 18, 2003, 3:43 p.m. EDT – The Internal Revenue Service briefly explains the proposed changes to the 401(k) plan regulations in a special edition of its Employee Plans News newsletter.

The newsletter also gives short explanations of other proposed changes, including changes to the rules governing government employers’ and nonprofit employers’ 457 retirement plans.
