Hancock Hires Former AXA Exec

NU Online News Service, March 17, 2003, 11:43 a.m. EST – John Hancock Financial Services Inc., Boston, has hired Carlos Musibay to be the managing director of its new South Florida agency, which will serve the Miami area and surrounding communities.

The new agency will be part of the Signator Financial Network, Hancock’s distribution arm.

Musibay previously was a regional president for AXA Advisors L.L.C., a unit of AXA S.A., Paris.

Musibay serves as the treasurer of the Beacon Council, Miami’s economic development council.
