NU Online News Service, Feb. 26, 5:47 p.m. – International SOS Assistance Inc., Philadelphia, has won a contract to manage health care for all active-duty military personnel and dependents who live overseas in locations without access to military health care facilities.

International SOS is already managing care for active-duty personnel and dependents who live in parts of Pacific and Latin America that are outside military facility service areas. The company now will provide similar services in Europe.

International SOS manages care, arranges for emergency transportation back to the United States, and runs a provider network that helps program members get care without paying cash or filing paper claims.
