NU Online News Service, Feb. 18, 12:59 p.m. – Foundation Source Philanthropic Services Inc., Norwalk, Conn., is now selling back-office administration services for lawyers who have wealthy clients with private foundations.

The firm will set up the foundations, monitor the foundations for compliance with tax laws and other laws and regulations, and handle the tax filings.

Foundation Source also sells services for the clients, such as help with developing grantmaking guidelines and assistance with reviewing grant applications.
