NU Online News Service, March 6, 3:29 p.m. – Aon Corp., Chicago, is working with HealthAllies.com Inc., Glendale, Calif., to market Aon Consumer HealthLink, a voluntary benefits access system for employers with fewer than 500 employees.

Workers can use the Web-based program to sign up for free and discounted fringe specialty benefits, such as vision care plans, fertility treatment provider networks and alternative care discount programs. Workers can also buy the benefits through telephone call centers.

Employers can use the system as a stand-alone program or combine it with flexible spending accounts, Aon says.
