NU Online News Service, Dec. 27, 1:09 p.m. – The National Underwriter Company, Erlanger, Ky., the company that sponsors this Web site, has published The Tools & Techniques of Charitable Planning.

The lead author is Stephan Leimberg, a lawyer, author and speaker who holds the Chartered Life Underwriter designation.

The book deals with basic and advanced aspects of charitable planning, ranging from treatment of bargain sales to treatment of facade and conservation easements.
